Responsibilities of a Reporting Manager
🔹 Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather, validate, and consolidate data from various internal & external sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for reporting.
🔹 Report Generation
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
- Develop standardized templates and reporting frameworks for efficiency.
🔹 Performance Tracking & Insights
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Interpret complex data to support business decisions and strategy formulation.
🔹 Communication & Presentation
- Present data-driven insights clearly to management.
- Prepare visual reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills for Reporting Manager
✔️ Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to analyze large datasets and extract insights.
✔️ Proficiency in Reporting Tools – Expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
✔️ Automation & Efficiency – Experience in automating reports and dashboards.
✔️ Communication & Presentation – Strong written & verbal communication skills.
✔️ Problem-Solving Ability – Identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.
