Job Roles & Responsibilities
1️⃣ Transaction (Claims/Non-Voice)
✔️ Analyze and process data efficiently
✔️ Ensure high accuracy and productivity
✔️ Communicate with onshore teams for issue resolution
✔️ Identify trends and report them
2️⃣ Accounts Payable (AP)
✔️ Review and process invoices
✔️ Resolve invoice-related issues
✔️ Work with SAP/Navision/ERP systems
✔️ Handle PO, non-PO, and Utilities Invoice Processing
3️⃣ Record to Report (R2R)
✔️ Handle Month-End Closing and Reconciliations
✔️ Work with ERP systems like SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba
✔️ Manage standard & non-standard journal entries
4️⃣ Cash Applications & Collections
✔️ Post payments and manage cash receipts
✔️ Resolve unapplied/unidentified cash issues
✔️ Collect overdue payments from customers

Eligibility & Qualifications
✅ For FNA Roles: B.Com / BBA (Commerce Graduates)
✅ For Transaction/Non-Voice Roles: Any Graduate
✅ Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0 - 8 Years)
