Eligibility Criteria
✅ Academic Requirements:
- 10th & 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
- Open School/Distance Education: Allowed only for 10th & 12th
- Education Gap: Maximum 3 years (between 10th & Graduation start)
- Graduation Completion: Within 4 years (no gaps during graduation)
- Nationality: Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI / Bhutan & Nepal Nationals (with citizenship proof)
- Age Requirement: 18+ years at the time of registration
Selection Process
🔹 Round 1: Online Assessment (128 minutes)
- Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability (48 mins)
- Written Communication: Essay Writing (20 mins)
- Programming Test: 2 coding problems (60 mins)
- Languages: Java, C, C++, Python
🔹 Round 2: Voice Assessment
🔹 Round 3: Business Discussion
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary: ₹3.50 LPA
💰 Bonus: ₹25,000 after 6 months
💰 Regular Yearly Increments
💰 Merging Bonuses at 18th, 24th, and 36th months
💰 Service Agreement: 12 months @ ₹75,000 (pro-rata basis)
