Job Description:
This position is responsible for the maintenance, testing, support, and documentation of Security roles and objects for SAP backend, SuccessFactors and HR portal. This position also has responsibility for management and support of HR portal pages and content.
Responsibilities:
Security:
- Maintain and implement new security roles as identified by new business requirements
- Participate in testing to ensure accurate security design & implementation
- Prepare and maintain documentation regarding security requirements, roles and configuration of SAP HR and HR portal security
- Maintain roles that meet corporate standards, data privacy considerations and business requirements
- Solve authorization /security issues and resolve with urgency
- Run security related audit reports
- Assist COHRE in working with implementation teams and HR business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into security roles for SAP backend, Success Factors and HR portal
Portal:
- Manage Global Portal Content
- Build and maintain Portal documentation and training materials
- Supervise Portal Content to adhere to Company’s established standards
- Act as Content Management System (CMS) expert and provide support to portal publishers globally
- Assist COHRE in working with implementation teams and HR business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate portal design specifications
New Application/ systems support (access):
- OKTA, EdApp, MindSpark, Betterworks
Employee Central
- Other applications that are implemented in the organization for HR processes
Education & Experience :
- BS/BA degree required –or any combination of knowledge, skill and ability to meet the minimum occupational qualifications
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of demonstrated ability in HR or IT and corporate business environment
Preferred Skill Requirements:
- Experience with SAP and / or SuccessFactors preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel & Google suite tools preferred
