Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake Large and Complex Projects:
- Actively contribute to the technical design, implementation, and release processes for significant projects within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality features for Confluence DC.
2. Rotational Feature Leadership:
- Take the lead on rotating features within the team, managing large projects and ensuring successful delivery.
3. Architectural Challenges:
- Regularly address and resolve complex architectural challenges, adhering to established architectural standards.
4. Documentation:
- Contribute to comprehensive documentation to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer within the team.
5. Bug Fixing:
- Work collaboratively with the team to solve intricate bug fixes and ensure the stability of Confluence DC.
6. Mentorship and Collaboration:
- Guide and mentor junior team members through pair programming, technical design reviews, and meaningful code reviews.
- Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in Craft Brownbag Sessions.
7. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering teams across the organization to contribute to company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.
8. Quality Assurance:
- Uphold and elevate our quality standards by consistently delivering high-quality code and solutions.
9. Mentorship:
- Provide mentorship to more junior members of the team, nurturing their growth and development.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in any modern object-oriented programming language (e. g., Java, Kotlin etc. ).
- Experience building large-scale, web-based enterprise software
- A track record of execution, risk management, and delivering outcomes
- Experience with risk assessment, testing practices and philosophies, and have a quality-oriented mindset
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for product, and delivering value to customers
- Passion for collaborating with and mentoring junior members of the team
- Great communication to build and articulate a technical vision for the product and pitch it to critical stakeholders.
