- Respond to incoming calls and customer emails promptly.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers.
- Research and gather necessary information to offer effective solutions to customers.
- Utilize applicable software to identify and resolve customer complaints.
- Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and domains for the best user support.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and communicate trends in customer calls to the management team.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new issues and resolutions.
- Complete call logs and reports to maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions and resolutions.
